- Juices & Beverages: Mango pulp (puree) is the base for numerous drinks, including mango juice, nectars, squashes, cordials, smoothies, and even mango wine. It is also used in flavored probiotic dairy drinks and as a flavouring for teas.
- Preserves & Condiments: Common preserved products include jams, jellies, chutneys, and various kinds of pickles (salty, oily, or sweet).
